Cape Cod Sales Manager Position Description
Our client seeks a sales manager for a busy Cape Cod building materials retail location.
The sales manager:
- Oversees day-to-day operations with both inside and outside sales team
- Manages inside/outside sales team and showroom
- Provides ongoing training and instruction for product, sales and systems
- Conducts scheduled sales goals and plan reviews
- Evaluates team members individually for strengths and finds areas for improvement
Building materials experience preferred but will also consider other business development and sales experience in other industries.
