Asphalt Plant Manager: Position Description
Our client, a large building materials manufacturing company, seeks an Asphalt Plant Manager. This position will ensure continuous operation, safety, reliability and efficiency of their Mid-Atlantic location.
The right candidate will have 5 years’ experience in plant operations, product quality, safe operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Experience:
- Building, developing and leading high performing manufacturing teams
- Problem solving, difficult situation resolution
- Cost cutting and waste reduction strategy
- Adherence to all Environmental, Health & Safety laws and regulations
- OSHA
Education
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Engineering is required.
Compensation
Based on experience, this company is offering substantial compensation plus bonus potential. Package includes 401K, Health/Dental insurance, Vision, HSA and EAP.
